Provide data-driven insights and enhance the employee experience by leading workflow optimization
Map current-state workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance cycles
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to processes
Lead cross-functional PX initiatives from intake to execution
Translate requests into structured, testable requirements
Execute clean handoffs when work falls outside PX ownership

3–6+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, People Experience, HR Business Analysis, or similar roles
Hands-on experience supporting Workday-enabled processes (HCM experience required)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in people operations, employee experience, change management, or journey mapping
Background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
