Role Overview
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of insurance contracts
- Advising on litigation matters
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks
- Drafting and updating contract precedent templates
- Advising on Insurance Regulatory matters
Requirements
- Legally Qualified in England and Wales (approximately 3-5 years PQE)
- Excellent knowledge and experience of insurance distribution
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent independent drafting skills
- Experience of working closely with key business stakeholders
- Experience of drafting/negotiating technology contracts
- Able to work on a high volume of matters across the group at one time
