Part of a 10-member team responsible for supporting our IT landscape in the distribution grid.
Act as the first point of contact for internal users, receiving incidents and requests related to the network community’s energy systems.
Document, resolve, or escalate these issues to the technical product teams.
Provide regular training on internal systems and coordinate with other teams.
Participate in a structured on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 operation of our systems.
Serve as a specialist for our eCount application in the area of Oracle databases.
Laptop and company mobile phone provided.
Frequent on-site meetings during the onboarding phase; thereafter approximately one to two team meetings per month.
Requirements
Completed IT vocational training or degree with relevant professional experience.
Broad technical understanding, enjoyment of troubleshooting, and a high level of initiative.
In-depth knowledge of the Oracle database environment, e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, SQL tuning (analyzing execution plans, adjusting SQL profiles, etc.).
Ideally experience with metering solutions (Robotron eCount).
Experience handling 1st and 2nd level support requests.
Independently develop PowerAutomate scripts to automate processes.
Strong customer and service orientation.
Independent and meticulous working style.
Business-fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills (at least B2 level).
