Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing engagements.
Guide onboarding and migration projects, including environment setup, private infrastructure and networking, database migrations, and more.
Provide consultative technical guidance on best practices, deployment workflows, and application performance within our managed infrastructure.
Contribute to, and leverage internal tooling to scale your ability to proactively monitor and address customer health and usage, reviewing key metrics to address risks before they become issues.
Own bespoke challenges end-to-end, addressing real time client needs and acquiring new skills to resolve complex issues.
Create and document client-ready materials such as professional emails, written guides, and presentations to facilitate discussion or progress.
Advocate for customers internally by relaying product feedback and bespoke needs to Product and Engineering leadership.
Requirements
2+ years of client-facing experience, directly engaging with clients across advisory, implementation, or ongoing operational cadences
Experience with Laravel, the framework, in a personal or professional capacity
Technical literacy of general web application constructs (frontend, backend, database, cache, object storage, asset bundling, etc.) and relevant cloud infrastructure/ deployment strategies (compute, networking, storage, security, etc.)
Working knowledge of the commercial and technical tradeoffs of Cloud technologies, including concepts such as serverless, autoscaling, networking/ bandwidth, databases, and other related concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
