Create a sales-focused culture with the General Managers and Front Desk staff
Accountable for driving ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones
Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share
Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations over MS Teams
Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM
Create remarkable client experiences and maintain a high level of client satisfaction

3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred
Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Technical proficiency in using a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline and be held accountable for daily activities and follow-ups
Strong ability to use all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
