Collaborate with Product Managers, architects, UX strategists and web teams to deliver next generation, data driven client experiences.
Maintain working knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Launch, WebSDK, and Target.
Partner with cross‑channel leaders to ensure consistent, connected investor journeys across touchpoints.
Partner with analytics and data teams to translate behavioral data into actionable product and engineering decisions.
Own platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for DLG teams.
Ensure engineering decisions balance performance and security.
Identify and resolve technical issues and develop and implement continuous improvements in support of marketing and customer experience teams.
Hire, evaluate, and manage a team of high performing engineers.
Define skill requirements for each team member and measure team member skills to define development and upskilling plans.
Develop future technical and people leaders through intentional coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Set performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures.

10+ years of professional IT experience
5+ years working experience with AEM in headful and headless deployments
3+ years working knowledge of Adobe Launch/webSDK, Adobe Target
5+ years hands on experience with web development & architecture, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Marketing acumen and understanding of how to integrate and leverage MarTech platforms to automate and orchestrate highly personalized web prospect and client experiences
The ability to translate marketing use cases and business requirements into technical specifications, and scalable and practical solutions that deliver business outcomes
Strong process knowledge and orientation to deliver business outcomes
7+ years utilizing Agile development practices, including scrum, Kanban and lean
Experience using modern software development and engineering practices, including DevOps, test automation and test-driven development, Site Reliability Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to present to technical and non-technical platform users, stakeholders, and executive audiences
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
