Requirements
10+ years post-MBA experience in strategic planning, business development, and/or global marketing, preferably in life sciences, biotech, or medical devices.
Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, including M&A, product launches, and portfolio management.
Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Strong business and financial acumen, with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Engineering or science background preferred
MBA preferred.
Global mindset and experience working outside the U.S. preferred.
Outstanding communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, integrate diverse perspectives, and deliver results in complex, ambiguous environments.
