Partner primarily with the shipping team to evaluate current workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements that increase throughput, reduce errors, and improve overall line efficiency.
Support warehouse operations by assisting with tasks such as shipping, receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and labeling.
Assist and learn day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, pick and pack, inventory organization, and restocking.
Support project tasks as outlined in the internship project plan to improve the end-to-end shipping process and provide recommendations by the end of the program.
Collect, organize, or analyze information to support project goals.
Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings.
Prepare updates, summaries, or presentations with guidance from your manager.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Current student in a 2
or 4-year degree program
Expected graduation date between December 2026-May 2027
Basic computer and math skills
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and task-oriented mindset
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential
Strong analytical skills.
Currently in a college or university program focused on supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Nice to Have: obtained or obtaining Lean Six Sigma Certification.
