Define specifications for spatial information and its underlying BIM data
Coordinate BIM data development related to main construction, and lead in-house BIM data creation for other projects
Drive the development of spatial information (adding data to BIM models, enabling machine readability, generating derivative data, etc.)
Manage spatial information (update planning, user management, etc.)
Develop tools for utilizing spatial information (dedicated web applications, data extraction methods, APIs, automation of data creation, etc.)
Gather and analyze user needs, and plan development accordingly
Provide technical support and advice to spatial information users

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Design, Spatial Information, Civil Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of practical experience in architectural or mechanical design software
Proficiency in business-level Japanese language skills
Proficiency in conversational English language skills
General understanding of programming languages
Technical understanding of BIM model data structures and data integration with other software (nice to have)
Practical experience of BIM (Building Information Modeling) in the construction field (nice to have)
Thorough knowledge of international standards, regulations, and the latest technology trends related to the use of BIM (nice to have)
Technical understanding of the cloud and database (nice to have)
Excellent communication and people engagement skills (nice to have)
