Technical Manager

Role Overview

• Project and process management: planning, execution and monitoring of technical projects from concept to completion.
• Team leadership: leading and motivating technical teams such as engineers, technicians and experienced specialists.
• Quality assurance: inspection of products and services and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Strategic planning: developing and implementing technical strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Personnel and resource planning: deployment of employees and materials as well as procurement and disposal of work equipment.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Power/Energy Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or in a comparable position.
• Proven leadership experience, for example as a Team Leader or Department Manager, including budget and personnel responsibility.
• Independent and structured working style and strong team skills.
• Willingness to travel for projects and a valid driver’s license.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
