Analyze and anticipate trends in the activewear market (performance, athleisure, fabric innovation...)
Define creative concepts and seasonal moodboards (colors, technical fabrics, silhouettes, functional details, graphics)
Build a coherent product offering aligned with the brand's DNA and performance positioning
Collaborate on collection planning while integrating cost and timing constraints
Design garments (sketches, technical drawings, product specs) incorporating requirements for functionality, comfort, and durability
Develop artworks and graphic elements for the collections
Write complete technical packs in English (measurements, construction, materials, finishes, technical details)
Participate in product development: selection of technical fabrics, fittings, adjustments, optimizing fit and performance
Monitor prototypes and validate product quality, compliance, and consistency
Work closely with production, marketing and e-commerce teams, respecting the project timeline

You hold a degree from a fashion or design school
You have at least 5 years' experience as a Fashion Designer, ideally in activewear or sportswear
You have a strong understanding of technical garments (stretch materials, compression, breathability, construction, technical seams...)
You understand the dynamics of the sportswear/athleisure market and consumer expectations
You are creative, innovative and solution-oriented
You are rigorous, organized and able to manage multiple collections in parallel
You are proficient with the Apple Mac environment and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), CAD, Gravity Sketch, Microsoft Office
You have a good level of technical English (required)
You enjoy working in a team and thriving in a dynamic, stimulating environment
You are motivated by building an innovative and ambitious project in the sports and nutrition sector
You live in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) or are willing to relocate there ☀️
