Role Overview
- Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of patient’s billing concerns.
- Responsible for interviewing and counseling patients for payment arrangements and/or charity assistance.
- Works with patients to resolve account balances.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year experience in a healthcare setting.
- One (1) year previous customer service experience.
