Participation and application of DPR’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan to maintain injury-free environments
Management of all project team members (senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators)
Mentor, develop, and train project engineers
100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope
Cost control/billings/collections/change management/cash flows/monthly status reports
Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team
Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results
Coordinate the execution of planning and scheduling of projects.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in civil construction
Excellent listening and strong communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (CMiC, Prolog or similar), scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
Proficient in Estimating Software (HCSS HeavyBid or similar) and Civil project management software (HCSS HeavyJob or similar) preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field a plus but not required.
Must have strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
