Role Overview
- Support in the conception and implementation of strategic projects in Offshore Service
- Development of continuous improvements and practical solutions for complex processes
- Internal interface management within projects
- Responsibility for results and progress within projects/departments
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops
- Creation of project and milestone plans
- Preparation of materials, documentation and recommendations for action
Requirements
- Completed university or technical college degree, preferably in a technical discipline
- Practical experience in project management
- Assertiveness
- Experience in the wind industry
- Proficient in common Office applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Excellent English skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, social competence and customer orientation
