- Collaborate with developers to resolve software issues
- Assist in training end-users and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (Preferred)
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (Preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow appropriate procedures.
