Role Overview
- Responsible for smooth operations at the reception desk
- Preparation tasks for the morning shift
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Telephone duties and providing in-person information
- Ensuring guests feel comfortable and secure
- Guest correspondence and active guest support
- Organizational and administrative tasks at the reception
- Reservation tasks using our booking system
- Assistance with coffee and beverage preparation and light food
- Point of contact for personnel management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or graduation from a secondary or higher vocational school is an advantage
- Experience at the reception is an advantage
- Ideally experience with reservation software
- Enjoy working with people and a strong team spirit
- High service and guest orientation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Confident user of MS Office
- Excellent German and good English skills

- Sales commission
- Sunday premium: 25% per hour
- Night premium: 30% per hour (11:00 PM
- 6:00 AM)
