Role Overview
- Oversee end-to-end project management, from the receipt of the Purchase Order to the successful delivery and final acceptance by the customer
- Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
- Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI,…) ensuring efficient task distribution and execution
- Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for project success
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally on a regular basis
- Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management
Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor´s degree in engineering
- 4+ years of experience in project management in the renewable energy industry (photovoltaic, wind, and/or battery storage domains)
- A proven track record of driving commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and deliver high-quality work.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to understanding and addressing client needs
- Fluency in written and spoken English
It would be a plus to have:
- Certifications in project management
- Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 60870‑5‑104 (IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar
