Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers via video calls or phone to explain their genetic reports
Translate complex genetic concepts into easy-to-understand language tailored to individual customers
Provide actionable lifestyle suggestions based on genetic findings (e.g., nutrition, fitness, supplements)
Address customer questions, concerns, or uncertainties about their genetic data
Create and maintain personalized customer notes and follow-up plans as needed
Collaborate with the support team to resolve any service-related inquiries
Review customer reports to identify key insights and relevant wellness optimizations
Stay up-to-date on the Company's evolving product offerings to integrate new services into consultations

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Genetics, Biology, Health Sciences, or a related field
Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner highly preferred
Nutritionist, dietitian, other functional wellness provider also preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer communications
Strong understanding of genetic data interpretation and personalized wellness
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex genetic information
Excellent English communication skills
Empathetic, patient, and able to build strong rapport with customers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
