Overall responsibility as Team Lead for IT security and cost-efficient IT operations
Technical responsibility for Service Management and IT Administration
Development and implementation of the user administration and service strategy
Responsible for establishing and operating, among other things, user rights management for all systems, client infrastructure and software, as well as the SOC and Service Desk
End-to-end responsibility for organizing reliable and cost-effective IT security management
Management of relevant IT service providers
Proactive cost management for the entire IT area, including budget control, variance analysis and commercial asset management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
5 years of professional experience in IT service management and/or IT infrastructure / IT security
Initial leadership experience preferred
Practical experience or certification in Service Management (ITSM)
Methodical and analytical skills, with an understanding of business needs and a systematic approach to work
Strong commercial awareness and sound judgment
Sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and commitment
Strong communication and persuasion skills
