About this role
Role Overview
- Review of standard real estate transactional diligence items including, environmental, structural, title and property level documentation
- Facilitate diligence and closing process for all real estate transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
- Work with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to coordinate all functions necessary incorporate real estate assets into the operating portfolio
- Work with third party vendors to obtain diligence documents
- Organize diligence for internal consumption
- Follow and coordinate closing checklist processes
- Interface with outside counsel for all real estate transactions.
Requirements
- 3 years relevant real estate
- BA degree preferred
- Real Estate experience is a plus
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a paced-growth oriented company
