Working Student – Investment & Asset Management

Role Overview

• Support with property acquisitions and disposals as well as new lease and management agreements
• Conduct research and analyses on real estate and parking garage markets
• Assist with acquisition due diligence and prepare relevant documentation
• Support the creation of presentations and decision-making materials
• Contribute to Asset Management in the commercial oversight of the real estate portfolio
• Assist in analyzing individual properties and the overall portfolio

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Real Estate degree or a comparable program (from 3rd semester)
• Ideally some initial practical experience in the real estate sector
• Analytical mindset and confident use of Excel
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Interest in mobility, infrastructure, and parking garage properties
• German at native level
• Good English skills for working with digital systems and tools
