You design user-friendly, high-performance, and modern frontends that are functionally robust and feel great to use.
You work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product owners to create holistic digital solutions.
You see design not as decoration but as part of functionality and actively contribute to the advancement of our frontend architectures.
You pay attention to clean code, accessibility, performance, and consistency — quality is not optional but a given for you.
Requirements
You are a frontend developer with a passion for excellent user experiences and an eye for detail.
You have several years of experience in frontend development — which tools or frameworks you use is secondary.
What matters is that you understand them and apply them sensibly.
You think in terms of user experiences rather than lines of code and bring both technical understanding and a sense for design.
You are communicative, structured, and solution-oriented — you enjoy working in a team and can take on responsibility.
You have German language skills at least at B2 level and value clear, open communication.
