Responsible for the technical implementation, optimization, and management of marketing technology platforms, with a primary focus on enhancing digital marketing capabilities through robust platform management, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
Support email development as a secondary function, enhancing the delivery of scalable email solutions to support CRM strategies and drive customer engagement.
Work closely with trading squads, campaign managers, CRM teams, and Product & Technology teams to deliver automated marketing solutions that achieve commercial objectives across multiple channels and partners.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a MarTech, marketing platform management, or similar role with a strong emphasis on technology integration and data governance.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS platforms, and data management systems.
Proven experience delivering scalable front-end solutions within CMS platforms (ideally Webflow), including responsive builds, reusable components, SEO best practice, and integration with CRM, tagging, and analytics systems.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMP Script, with foundational knowledge in Java, PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
Demonstrated experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing strategy and performance improvements.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
