About this role
Role Overview
Manage both new and existing accounts across your region
Understand customer needs and recognise differences across Home Care and Acute
Use CRM tools for planning and prioritising accounts
Build strong relationships with Decision Making Units (DMUs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Support the delivery and monitoring of Territory Business Plans
Contribute to the Tender Excellence process for all Care at Home customers
Execute marketing campaigns to support sales targets
Produce monthly business analysis to identify profitability, opportunities, and risks
Lead Business Review meetings and proactively support sales progression
Coach and support team members where needed
Requirements
Experience in tendering (desirable)
Strong relationship-builder and communicator
Sales-focused and results-driven
Skilled at planning and organisation
A confident presenter and trainer
Analytical, with good problem-solving ability
Comfortable drawing on clinical experience (desirable but not essential)
Full driving license required
Ability to travel across the region.
