About this role
Role Overview
Accountable for the retention of business and growth of net revenue with existing accounts
Management and coordination of all customer service efforts initiated by one or more station departments
Coordinate and provide direction for customer service efforts
Create, implement and maintain standard operating procedures for each client
Serve as the primary contact for all communications
Prepare management reports that track adherence to standard operating procedures
Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services and operations offered
Interact regularly with local management and operational staff
Oversee and manage the professional development and productivity of staff members
Conduct annual performance reviews for department staff
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum five years related experience
Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
In-depth knowledge of company's products and services
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred (an equivalent combination of work experience and education accepted)
