Role Overview
- Accountable for the retention of business and growth of net revenue with existing accounts
- Management and coordination of all customer service efforts initiated by one or more station departments
- Coordinate and provide direction for customer service efforts
- Create, implement and maintain standard operating procedures for each client
- Serve as the primary contact for all communications
- Prepare management reports that track adherence to standard operating procedures
- Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services and operations offered
- Interact regularly with local management and operational staff
- Oversee and manage the professional development and productivity of staff members
- Conduct annual performance reviews for department staff
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum five years related experience
- Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- In-depth knowledge of company's products and services
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred (an equivalent combination of work experience and education accepted)
