Design and maintain enterprise reporting data models including fact/dimension tables, star and snowflake schemas, semantic layers, and reporting datasets
Define and document data architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
Ensure data models support KPIs, dashboards, operational reporting, and advanced analytics
Partner with enterprise architects and data engineering teams to design efficient ETL/ELT pipelines
Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting data structures and workflows
Lead scalable data solution designs supporting modernization initiatives
Collaborate with reporting teams to standardize metrics, definitions, and calculations
Develop reusable data assets for BI platforms such as Power BI or similar tools
Work closely with business units and mainframe teams to gather reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments
Establish and enforce governance standards including metadata management and documentation
Support compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide architectural resolution guidance
Mentor report developers and analysts on best practices in data modeling and reporting

10+ years of strong experience in data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, semantic modeling)
6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)
8+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical data structures
8+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
6+ years of experience with KPI design, business metrics, and analytical methodologies
8+ years interpreting data models, data dictionaries, and technical documentation
4+ years of knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management
6+ years working in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
2+ years of strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
