Participate in the development of our clients' IT strategic plans;
Help define the IS reference architecture framework;
Support our clients with modern architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud, etc.);
Join an experienced team to analyse the impact of new solutions on the IS and propose the necessary changes;
Act as the main point of contact for projects to ensure they comply with architecture norms and standards;
Support our experts with IT architecture audits and reviews.
Develop strategic IT plans for our clients;
Define a reference IT architecture framework and support its adoption within transformation programmes and projects;
Position yourself as the agent of change within projects and programmes: reconcile the challenges faced by business teams with the constraints of technical teams;
Ensure compliance with architecture norms and standards within the IT department;
Conduct architecture audits and reviews on critical or innovative projects and propose pragmatic development plans;
Requirements
Proven experience in management or IT consulting , with a track record of managing complex client relationships in large-scale environments.
Strong command of enterprise frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) and tools (ideally HOPEX ).
The ability to understand not just what the client is asking for, but the business pain they are trying to solve.
Communication Excellence: You can explain complex architectural trade-offs to a CFO just as easily as to a Lead Developer.
Strategic Vision: You don't just see the "now"; you design for the "next," maintaining a clear roadmap amidst a sea of 800 core systems.
Language & Mobility: Fluent English is a must; French is a strong asset. Ready for a long-term journey with occasional travel to the heart of our operations in France.
