About this role
Role Overview
Understanding of software services offering, including the main technology areas;
Ideally experience in selling complete software services, from a minimum base of experience selling other connected services (IT Recruitment / Staffing);
A proprietary network in the local technology market, at the executive level;
Existing network in the enterprise sector in the IT department;
Knowledge of software development methodologies and different technology stacks;
Desire to pursue an international sales development path, as part of an international sales team;
A hunter, driven and passionate person, with a focus on networking and building long-term relations at CTO level, locally and internationally; Organized, self-motivated, high-energy individual;
A self-starter, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities;
Ability to build strong and trust-worthy relationships with clients and colleagues within Qualysoft Group;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Experience in on-boarding clients and account management;
Proactively finding solutions to business problems.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year in a hunter/new business role;
You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree;
Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, result oriented, Professionalism, Customer Centric, Solution Selling, Solution Thinking, Transversal Coordination and Cooperation, CRM;
You have a high level of business communication in Romanian and English;
You have working experience in IT industry;
You have good interpersonal skills and can work within a multicultural environment;
You are full of energy and passion to accept new challenge;
You are able to work within a fast-paced multitasking environment and have the ability to manage stress;
You have solid experience and skills in Microsoft suite.
