Role Overview
- Work on initiatives improving productivity for all engineers
- Own continuous integration, deployment, and developer environments
- Collaborate with engineers to understand and alleviate pain points
- Leverage AI tools for improving developer experience
- Focus on developer environment and tools management (Docker, testing infrastructure)
- Integrate AI agents and skills
- Operate CI pipelines at scale (CircleCI)
- Build and manage developer-facing services for testing and deployment
- Automate test selection and improve GitHub operations
Requirements
- Experienced Software Engineer passionate about making others productive
- Deeply empathetic understanding of developers’ pain points
- Data-driven approach with metrics to guide decisions
- Simplifying complex systems
- Proficient with Python
- Comfortable with Linux system operations
- Experience with CircleCI or similar CI systems
- Familiarity with containerized environments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bonus: Experience with ECR, Kubernetes, Argo CD, Terraform, Cypress
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
