Accountant, Part-time

Role Overview

• Responsible for ongoing financial accounting (FiBu)
• Preparation and support of monthly closings (accounts payable) and assistance with the annual financial statements
• Management of invoicing and dunning/collections (accounts receivable)
• Preparatory tasks: creation of monthly reports, KPI analyses and business overviews
• Support in the development and automation of our finance processes
• Independent use of accounting tools
• Internal point of contact for all related topics

Requirements

• Several years of experience in financial accounting (ideally with certification)
• Confident user of DATEV
• Comfortable with year-end closing topics and reporting
• Tech-savvy – ideally with initial experience using MOSS, finway, etc.
• Structured and efficient work style with strong numerical affinity
• Experience in dunning/collections and invoicing
• Very good German and good English skills
