About this role
Role Overview
- Planning and coordinating civil engineering and road construction projects in northern Germany
- Preparing and reviewing detailed execution plans and specifications (bills of quantities)
- If required, assuming construction supervision
- Managing and monitoring timely and quality-compliant delivery of services
- Invoice verification and cost control
- Change order and defect management
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
- Ideally two years of project experience
- Good knowledge of standards and guidelines for the planning of traffic infrastructure and civil engineering works
- Basic knowledge of contract law (VOB and HOAI)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Business-fluent German
- Valid driver's license class B (formerly class 3)
- Team-oriented, independent, and proactive
