Lead and execute on marketing funnel elements across paid media, ABM, and website design, including ads, landing pages, emails, gated content, and follow-up collateral, ensuring they align with brand identity and performance goals.
Collaborate with teams to iterate on designs, conduct A/B testing, and establish guidelines and standards.
Take ownership of complex tasks and provide design thought leadership by evaluating design quality, identifying improvements, and mentoring junior team members.
Propose improvements and help establish design guidelines and standards across the marketing funnel.
Prototype web pages using Figma, primarily for funnel design and also contributing to our new website to support organic, paid media, and ABM motions.
Partner with paid media and account-based marketing teams to ensure cohesive funnel experiences from ad click to conversion.
Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing design, with a focus on digital assets like ads, landing pages, and email.
Strong skills in Figma for prototyping and Adobe Illustrator for design execution.
Proven experience in designing marketing funnels & collateral, A/B testing, and iterating on designs based on performance data.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams, regions, and stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively and drive projects independently.
