Oversee and ensure the design of specific technical classes in close cooperation with PCS subject experts.
Orchestrate the training lifecycle on time and budget to ensure competency ramp-up.
Develop and execute a complete curriculum for selected critical technical roles.
Support the identification of existing critical resources and competency gaps versus business needs.
Monitor compliance, quality assurance and IP safety of training content.
Organize the trainee’s selection with different leaders.
Manage classes’ planning, roll-out with support and assessment.
Track and ensure class performance in terms of quality, cost, and timing.
Leverage virtual platform and technology solutions to deliver training in remote and hybrid environments.

Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
More than 5 years of professional experience and a willingness to learn the technical aspects of the business.
Familiarity with project management principles or experience in coordinating tasks across functions.
Very good communication and listening skills, experienced in facilitating multicultural workshops and collecting user feedback.
Passion for people development and learning.
Knowledge in learning design and training program development.
