Support the manager with tasks related to organizational development within the team

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration or a comparable degree program
High flexibility, team spirit and a hands-on mentality
Structured, careful and reliable working style
Passion for social media, trends and digital communication
Interest in knowledge management, process management and internal communication
Strong language sensitivity, editorial confidence and a feel for audience-appropriate presentation
Ability to prepare complex content in an understandable way and actively help shape marketing transparency within the company
Basic understanding of visual presentation, layouts and storytelling
Good English skills and organizational talent
