Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another STEM field;
Experience with traditional Data Science techniques (classification, regression, clustering, A/B testing);
Experience applying ML algorithms in industries such as retail, banking, telecom, e‑commerce, etc.;
At least 3 years of experience with Python and libraries for data analysis and modeling (Scikit‑Learn, Pandas, NumPy);
Relational databases (SQL is mandatory);
Knowledge of Cloud Computing (GCP, AWS) and version control tools (Git);
At least 3 years of experience handling large datasets;
Proficiency with dashboarding and business presentation tools;
More than 3 years of experience in data science, with statistical analyses and models focused on customer segmentation or propensity modeling;
Strong analytical skills to translate numbers and model outputs for business stakeholders;
Experience with anti-fraud models;
Holding or currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Statistics or Computer Science;
Intermediate English (writing, reading and speaking).
