About this role
Role Overview
- Investigating and troubleshooting invoices needing review
- Identifying and verifying rates and guidelines in the Client/Carrier contract
- Working with clients to identify issues and improve carrier contracts
- Auditing incoming invoices from transportation companies
- Monitoring and handling invoices until approved for payment
- Daily contact with transportation companies and clients in EMEA and APAC
Requirements
- College/University degree (or equal by working experience)
- Previous transportation experience preferred
- Ability to be detail-oriented in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
- Optimistic, positive thinker and team player
- Ability to be flexible and handle changes efficiently
- Fluent in English, where a second or third language is a plus.
