About this role

Assist in preparing periodic financial reports such as the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
Perform bank reconciliations and work with the accounting chart of accounts.
Understand financial drivers including costs, expenses, sales and other key factors.
Assist in creating and maintaining financial models for projections and scenario analysis.
Ensure that financial planning and analysis practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare and present financial reports to investors and clients, highlighting results and projections.
Gather information directly from real estate developers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Collaborate with other departments to collect information and understand financial needs.
