Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end execution of sourcing activities for complex assemblies and critical components
- Develop and manage RFP packages, conduct detailed bid analysis, and drive supplier selection decisions
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Issue and manage purchase orders in alignment with program milestones
- Support should-cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives
- Identify supply risks and proactively drive mitigation plans
- Partner with Global Supply Managers and engineering teams to execute category strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and responsiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field
- 5+ years of sourcing or supply chain experience in a hardware manufacturing environment
- Experience leading sourcing for complex, highly engineered components
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and analytical capability
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience operating in cross-functional product development environments
- U.S. citizenship required
