Role Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact with DCSA leadership and the COR
- Lead day-to-day program operations
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics
- Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and personnel performance
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings
- Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment
- Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track resources
- Actively communicate with clients to understand their needs
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex federal or DoW programs (10+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Project Management Professional Certification
- 2 years’ experience working with DCSA
- 5 years’ experience with cloud platforms in AWS
- 2 years’ experience with analytical and visualization software packages (such as QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau, GIS software)
