Requirements
- 5+ years of CCaaS Direct Sales experience
- Expertise in contact center management principals
- Deep understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS vendors
- Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling
- Knowledge of Unified Communication & Contact Center in the carrier space
- Superior verbal/written communication skills
- Comfortable with trade show contributions and speaker duties
- Willingness and able to travel as needed (50% of the time)
