Requirements
2–4 years of experience in GTM Engineering, growth marketing, technical demand gen, or a related technical field.
Proven experience (or a strong desire to master) Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and various intent data providers.
Ability to understand custom data points based on campaign initiatives and translate them into compelling 'hooks' for prospects.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to experimentation, always looking for new ways to optimize based on quantitative inputs.
Ability to craft compelling technical messaging and articulate complex automation strategies clearly across different teams.
