Prepares, analyzes and reviews SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, Registration Statements, and filings to other regulatory agencies. Ensures filings are accurate and timely in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Maintain strong tie-outs and support materials that connect source data to Workiva outputs to keep reporting accurate and audit-ready.
Support Support the preparation and updating of the Form 10-K and earnings press release within Workiva.
Review quarterly earnings press releases and investor relations materials to ensure accuracy and consistency with reported financial results.
Assist in conducting research in various technical accounting issues to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Support stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718) by preparing quarterly schedules, journal entry support, and footnote disclosure.
Assist with impairment testing and EPS-related support.
Execute controls to support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance, specifically related to stock-based compensation and Form 10-K reporting.
Special projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA designation.
Minimum of 3+ years of public accounting experience, or 5+ years of combined public and industry experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including working with large datasets, performing detailed reconciliations, and conducting financial analysis; experience with modern ERP systems required (NetSuite a plus).
Experience with Workiva preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take ownership, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
