Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Product Designers (Core Solutions squads, Financial Solutions, Trust & Safety), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning;
Define the design vision and strategy in partnership with Product and Technology leadership;
Ensure consistency and quality across the entire user journey, strengthening and evolving our Design System;
Actively participate in discovery and delivery, contributing to strategic product decisions based on data, research, and business insight;
Establish impact metrics and indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions;
Foster a user-centered culture, promoting UX best practices, research, and experimentation;
Serve as a guardian of design quality, ensuring high standards of execution and coherence across experiences;
Prioritize initiatives with stakeholders, balancing long-term vision with short-term deliveries;
Develop career plans, provide continuous feedback, and track team performance;
Contribute to the evolution of work processes in agile, multidisciplinary environments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field;
Solid experience in Product Design, working with digital products;
Proven experience in leading and developing design teams;
Experience in agile environments and close collaboration with Product and Engineering;
Advanced knowledge of design methodologies and practices (Design Thinking, UX Research, UI Design, Prototyping, Design Systems, Discovery);
Ability to translate business strategy into experience solutions;
Experience leading end-to-end projects, from conception to implementation;
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
Data
and metrics-driven decision-making;
Strategic, collaborative profile with a systems-thinking mindset.
