Contribute to the visual development and execution of packaging, branding, and campaign work across existing consumer clients and new business initiatives
Translate brand positioning and strategic direction into distinctive visual systems and packaging that perform in-market
Own design workstreams within larger projects, maintaining high standards of craft, consistency, and attention to detail
Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and project management to deliver integrated creative across touchpoints
Elevate the quality of our visual output by bringing thoughtful design rationale, strong presentation skills, and a proactive point of view
Continuously push craft forward, helping raise the bar for every visual expression that leaves the building
Requirements
1-4 years of professional experience, preferably within CPG and/or FMCG (agency experience a plus, but not required!)
Expert-level design sensibility with the ability to flex in brand-friendly ways
Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, branding, and creative innovation
Experience working in collaborative, low-ego environments
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities; have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time
Have excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products– Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign
Able to design and visualize packaging, POS & in-store displays, and various other printed dimensional structures; familiar with flexing across different formats and output specs to achieve high-quality print outputs
Knowledge of creating pack render mock-ups in Photoshop a plus
Are familiar with the end-to-end design to production artwork lifecycle
