Experience in data governance, quality management, or analytics in a complex, multi-region setting.
Ability to work at speed and manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
Understanding of AI tools and a genuine interest in continuous learning and development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a fair and collaborative mindset.
Comfort working with cultural diversity and across multilingual global teams.
Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel), and familiarity with GDPR principles.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Experience working with databases, data analysis tools, and basic data governance concepts.
Familiarity with data quality assessment and basic data profiling techniques.
Some exposure to AI/ML concepts and data requirements preferred.
