Develop and implement a product lifecycle compliance roadmap to ensure that products comply with EMC, Safety, Telecom, energy efficiency standards, and Cybersecurity.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of multi-national compliance engineers.
Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide computer product compliance plans.
Act as a bridge between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders.
Lead the team with product risk assessment and implementation of changes in global regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance from R&D to mass production and worldwide regulations during product lifecycle.
Oversee the compliance evaluation and testing capabilities of third-party manufacturers and parts suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Typically requires 10+ years of product compliance or product management experience.
At least 8-10 years of experience in people management or leading large-scale technical projects.
Must manage compliance engineers located across the world.
Develop and utilize tools in process automation and data management to foster asynchronous collaboration.
Maintain a high degree of transparency of information in remote environments.
