This role oversees the full development lifecycle across multiple teams, driving technical excellence through DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and system health monitoring.
The position fosters high-performing teams through mentorship and collaboration, manages cross-functional dependencies, and champions continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI/ML-enabled features and agentic systems for automation and decision support.
Manage engineering capacity, backlog prioritization, and cloud cost optimization to enhance velocity and reduce operational overhead.
Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and succession planning aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
3 years' supervisory experience.
Extensive experience leading complex software engineering projects with a focus on system reliability, scalability, and integration.
Proven ability to manage full software development lifecycles, including architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
Strong expertise in DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and observability tooling to enhance system performance and reduce operational overhead.
Demonstrated success in driving AI/ML-enabled product development and integrating agentic systems using modern programming languages.
Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration to align technology roadmaps with business goals.
