Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
3 years' supervisory experience.
Proven leadership in managing complex software engineering projects with a focus on system reliability, scalability, and integration.
Extensive experience overseeing full software development lifecycles, including architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
Strong expertise in DevOps practices, observability tooling, and cloud financial management to optimize operational efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead AI/ML-driven product development and integrate agentic systems using modern programming languages.
Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.
Track record of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams while fostering professional growth and wellbeing.
