Maintain regular communication with cross-functional partners—including weekly check ins—to ensure progress toward project goals and deadlines.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance content quality, and improve consistency across languages and channels.
Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promote localization excellence across the organization.
Apply a solution-oriented mindset to address stakeholder needs, resolve issues proactively, and manage escalations effectively.

5+ years of experience creating and managing multilingual content across channels.
3+ years of hands on localization project management experience.
Professional fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments and adapt to shifting demands.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with minimal supervision.
A high level of curiosity and a desire to grow in a dynamic, rapidly evolving space.
