About this role
Role Overview
- You will be responsible for building and scaling the next generation Membership platform
- Work closely with different product and business stakeholders at various locations in the US and India
- Support business objectives by collaborating with business partners to define priorities
- Help define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end
- Improve, optimize and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes
- Hire, Develop and Retain a strong team of software engineers
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering and management teams
Requirements
- An Engineering Degree
- B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream – Computer Science preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with agile principles and practices
- Experience in leading Scrum teams
- Deep expertise in Architecture and Design Patterns
- Cloud Native Microservices Development
- Strong Java/J2EE
- React
- iOS and Android development track record
- Strong understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem Solving
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PMP certification preferred
